Mantachie High School Centennial Celebration - October 19, 2025
On Sunday, October 19, 2025 at 2 pm, please come celebrate 100 years of history and community surrounding Mantachie High School. It begins in the MHS gymnasium at 2 pm with a performance by our own MHS Band followed by fellowship and refreshments in the High School Cafeteria. Please join us to celebrate this miletone of our school!

Makeup School Day/Tux and Drape - October 16, 2025
Students who missed school day pictures and seniors who need to retake or makeup tux/drape pictures, this will be done on October 16, 2025.
Nov. 11 - Veteran's Day Program
Our annual Veteran's Day Program to celebrate and honor our guests who have served in the United States Armed Forces will be held in the MHS Gym on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at 9:30 am.

Yearbooks are now on sale for the 2025 - 2026 school year. Yearbooks will cost $60. Please contact Mrs. Erin Ramey for more details.
Early Grad Policy Change
Mantachie High School has instituted a requirement change for Early Grads beginning with the 2025-2026 school year. ALL Early Grads MUST have taken the ACT by July 31st in order to be considered for early graduation. Students who have NOT taken the ACT by July 31st, 2025 will NOT be considered for Early Grad status for the 2026 Commencement.
New Cell Phone Policy
Itawamba County School District has instituted a new cell phone policy beginning Friday, August 1, 2025. Students will not be permitted to have a cell phone or smart watch on their person at school. Cell phones and smart watches must be turned off and placed in a backpack or purse for the entirety of the school day. Please encourage your student to adhere to this new policy. For any questions, please review the student handbook or contact the school office.
