Christmas Holidays - December 22, 2025 - January 2, 2026
School will be closed for Christmas Holidays from December 22, 2025 through January 2, 2026. Teachers will report to school on January 2, 2026 for professional development and students will return on January 5, 2026.
ICSD Blanket Policy
Itawamba County School District has a policy regarding the use of blankets in the classroom. No student is allowed to bring a blanket and carry it around from class to class. Students are encouraged to dress warmly each day according to their own personal needs.
Food Drive - Ends December 12th
Havest of Hope Food Drive, ends on December 12, 2025. all donations go to the local food pantries in Mantachie and Fulton. Suggested items needed: peanut butter, tuna, mac and cheese, canned fruits and vegetables. Teachers may offer incentives for helping this worthy cause. Please talk with your teacher for more details.

Yearbooks
Yearbooks are now on sale for the 2025 - 2026 school year. Yearbooks will cost $60. Please contact Mrs. Erin Ramey for more details.
Early Grad Policy Change
Mantachie High School has instituted a requirement change for Early Grads beginning with the 2025-2026 school year. ALL Early Grads MUST have taken the ACT by July 31st in order to be considered for early graduation. Students who have NOT taken the ACT by July 31st, 2025 will NOT be considered for Early Grad status for the 2026 Commencement.
ICSD Cell Phone Policy
Itawamba County School District has a cell phone policy for the entire district. Students will not be permitted to have a cell phone or smart watch on their person at school. Cell phones and smart watches must be turned off and placed in a backpack or purse for the entirety of the school day. Please encourage your student to adhere to this new policy.
